31 Confirmed Coronavirus Cases in Montgomery County

Maryland Department of Health updated its coronavirus website confirming there are 85 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Maryland, 31 of which are in Montgomery County.

This is an increase of 28 confirmed cases since Tuesday. About 36% of the cases in Maryland are from Montgomery County.

Sixty of the cases in Maryland are patients between the ages of 18 to 64. The other 25 cases in Maryland are patients older than 65. There have been no confirmed deaths in Maryland from COVID-19.

Montgomery County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles appeared in a video on Twitter Wednesday morning, saying that most patients have mild to moderate symptoms.

    Is it possible to break numbers among various cities within Montgomery County: such as Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Clarksburg, Boyds, etc
