‘HollyHood’ on Producing Independent Media with Montgomery Community Media

Montgomery Community Media held a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday for our new Silver Spring Media Lab which opens to the public this summer.

MyMCMedia’s Jordan Lindsay interviewed “HollyHood” (Holly Harris) about why she’s excited to use the new Silver Spring Media Lab. Harris has previously made media with MCM.

The Silver Spring Media Lab will give the public access to create stories at their fingertips. This space will give them the opportunity to create podcasts in the podcast studio, video in the production studio and receive media training.

This new venue will be open to the public this summer.
