Speakers include Dr. James Bridgers, Delegate Jheanelle Wilkins, Nigam Aseem, Director of DHCA, Matt Losak, Executive Director of Renters Alliance, Ana Martinez, CASA, and Rosie McCray-Moody, Office of Landlord-Tenant Affairs.
