102 Years Young: Drive-By Parade Celebrates North Potomac Woman’s Birthday

North Potomac resident Ida Pearl Green turned 102 years young on Thursday.

Green’s family and friends honored her with a drive-by parade, honking, cheering and shouting “I love you’s” to celebrate her special day.
