Montgomery Talks #7: Vincent DeMarco on Prescription Drug Costs in Maryland

Vincent DeMarco has advocated for reducing teen smoking, underage drinking and gun violence. This year, he and his organization, Health Care for All, are focusing on the cost of prescription drugs.
