Members of the Rockville City Police Department, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Montgomery County Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department will be honored.
2. Takoma Park: The City Council meets starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Takoma Park Community Center, 7500 Maple Ave.
3. Planners Assemble: The Rockville Planning Commission meets starting at 7 p.m. in the Mayor and Council Chambers, Rockville City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave. Poolesville’s planners meet starting at 7:30 p.m. at Poolesville Town Hall, 19721 Beall St.
