Imagination Stage Offers Online Activities for the Whole Family

Imagination Stage, a theater and performing arts center in Bethesda, has moved online due to COVID-19.

The theater is offering storytimes, arts and crafts, theatre exercises and more through Facebook and on its website. Parents who are interested in sharing arts activities with their families should visit imaginationstage.org/blog. All activities will be linked there, as well as on Imagination Stage social media platforms.

Joanne Seelig Lamparter, director of education and Theatre for Change at Imagination Stage, spoke with MyMCMedia about why it’s so important for children to stay engaged during this pandemic.
