UPDATE: 93 of Maryland’s 288 Coronavirus Cases in Montgomery County
Update: The number of cases in Montgomery County increased to 93, not 94 as originally released by the state. A Calvert County case incorrectly included with Montgomery County.
Original: As of Monday morning, there are 288 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Maryland. Montgomery County residents make up 94 of those cases, or 33% of all cases in the state.
Montgomery County cases increased by 18% from Sunday with 15 new positives.
Maryland’s cases jumped by 18% from Sunday.
Anyone who does not have health insurance should know that Maryland’s health insurance program is open for a special enrollment period. The deadline to enroll is April 15. The Maryland Health Connection website has information.
