County Executive Marc Elrich is hosting a virtual town hall on Thursday, Feb. 14 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Montgomery County residents can submit their questions for Elrich before and during the live online discussion with the county executive. All of the questions and answers from the discussion will be posted online.
