Residents Describe Scene After Shooting at Montgomery Mall (VIDEOS)

UPDATED Montgomery County police responded to two separate shootings on Friday.

Police say three people were shot in the parking lot of  Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda and one person was shot in the parking lot of an Aspen Hill Giant grocery store.  

In the videos below, two residents describe the scene after the first shooting at Montgomery Mall.

UPDATED: Shelter in Place Orders Lifted at All Schools

UPDATED Montgomery County Public Schools have lifted shelter in place orders for the five schools in the Aspen Hill area.
