Gaithersburg Oath of Office Ceremony Set for Nov. 10 (VIDEO)

The city of Gaithersburg will hold a swearing in ceremony for new Mayor Jud Ashman and new City Councilmember Neil Harris on Nov. 10 at City Hall. Ashman replaces Sidney Katz who recently was elected to the District 3 County Council seat. Harris fills Ashman’s vacancy on the City Council.
