2. Municipal Monday: The Rockville Mayor and Council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave. The Gaithersburg Mayor and Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 31 S. Summit Ave.
3. More Meetings: Montgomery County Council committees meet. Health and Human Services meets at 9:30 a.m. in the Seventh Floor Hearing Room. The council’s planning committee meets at 10 a.m. in the Third Floor Hearing Room. Here are the committee agendas.
