Five Things to Know for Nov. 2 in Montgomery County

Happy Friday! Here are five things to know today, Nov. 2, in Montgomery County

1. Mobile STEM Lab: The Curiosity Cube™ will be making three stops in Montgomery County through Monday, Nov. 5. Today the lab will be at the Boys and Girls Club in Germantown from 3 to 6 p.m.

2. MCM Football Coverage: MCM’s Friday Night Football Game of the Week for Nov. 2 is Paint Branch at Clarksburg. We will also cover the Gaithersburg (3-5) at Quince Orchard (8-1) game. Both games kickoff at 6:30 p.m.

3. Comprehensive Candidate Information Available: As you prepare to head to the polls, take a look at Montgomery Community Media’s comprehensive look at local races. We have candidate statements from the county executive, county council and school board.

4. We Love Weekends: Not sure what to do this weekend? Check out our Weekend Planner.

5. Family Fun Night:  There will be roller skating, music, tabletop games, video games and more at the Long Branch Community Center. Register in person at the center, or at ActiveMontgomery.org, activity # 58934.
