Council Committee Meetings: The Transportation and Environment (T&E) Committee will be meeting at 2 p.m. in the seventh-floor hearing room at the County Council Building in Rockville, and the Government Operations and Fiscal Policy (GO) Committee will be meeting at 2 p.m. in the third-floor conference room. 5. Silver Spring Night Concert Series: The free outdoor concert will start at 7 p.m. and will be held at One Veterans Place in downtown Silver Spring. This week the winners of MoCo’s Got Talent contest will be performing. It’s a Montgomery countywide talent competition for middle and high school students to showcase their artistry in the visual and performing arts.
