Montgomery County Public and Private Schools Ranked Best in Maryland

Montgomery County is home to some of the best schools in the country. Niche.com released a new list for their 2019 ranking of the best schools at preparing students for college; specifically a list of the top 75 Maryland schools featuring 14 public schools and 12 private schools in Montgomery County. The top ranked public school is Poolesville High School and the top private school is Holton-Arms. Niche determined the list based on data from the Department of Education, test scores, college data, and ratings from Niche users.

    Why did youbnot include springbrook blake or paintbrance on this list …one a IB school one focuses on pre med…one a school of the arts…..seems you have a Weat aide bias…i mean tale the magnet school out of blair and its a dc public school

    Their list isn’t theirs; they’re referencing a list from Niche.com – if you click on the word “list” at the top, it’ll take you to the website. No bias on MCM’s part.
