1. Schools: Montgomery County Public Schools open two hours late today.

3. Council Town Hall on Metro Improvements: The Montgomery County Council’s Transportation and Environment (T&E) Committee will host a town hall at 7:30 p.m. focusing on service improvements to Metro. The meeting takes place in the Silver Spring Civic Building. More information may be found, here.
