1. Free Concert: Rockville’s Town Square hosts Moonshine Society, a blues/roots/soul group, starting at 6 p.m.
2. Wine Tasting: Bel Pre Fine Wine, 2251 Bel Pre Road in Silver Spring, hosts its monthly wine tasting starting at 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. They’re featuring several items which have become summer favorites as well as some newcomers. Click here for more information.

4. Art Show: Glen Echo starts its 49th annual Labor Day Art Show at noon at Glen Echo Park, 7300 MacArthur Blvd. It’s an annual tradition that brings the community together to appreciate local artists and their work.
5. Montgomery Talks: Doug Tallman talks with Councilmember Andrew Friedson about his efforts to make Montgomery County government more efficient. He also weighs in on Tonya Chapman removing her name from consideration for county police chief as well as the county’s efforts to improve pedestrian safety.
