Clarksburg Premium Outlets to Feature Designer Retail Brands

Montgomery County will soon be home to a dozen designer retail outlet stores.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets, which is scheduled to open this October, recently announced its initial line-up of retailers, and includes; Nike, Armani, Coach, and Under Armour. So far, 13 brands have been confirmed.

The stores will be offering deals that could save customers between 25 to 65 percent. The outlet mall is a joint venture between Simon, New England Development, and Streetscape Partners. According to developers the shopping center will also employ 800 full and part-time staffers.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets will feature approximately 90 stores that sell apparel, footwear, fashion accessories, leather goods, home furnishings, and specialty brands, according to a news release. The center is located off I-270’s exit 18.
