2. MCPS Board of Education Day Business Meeting: MCPS’s Board of Education is meeting today at 10 a.m. Here’s a look at the meeting’s agenda.
3. Coffee with a Cop: Montgomery County Police is taking its “Coffee with a Cop” program to Watershed Cafe in Poolesville tonight from 5 to 6:30 p.m. In case you were wondering, yes, complimentary coffee will be provided!
4. Kentlands Community Foundation Lecture Series: Tonight Kentlands Community Foundation’s Lecture Series is presenting “a program to add value and improving lives of cocoa agriculture while building the framework towards wealth creation.” The lecturer of the series is Eric Reed, CEO and Founder of Cocoa International Bean Exchange Organization (CiBEXO). The event starts at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn at 7:30 p.m. There will also be a reception before the lecture. Here’s more information about the free event. 5. Multimedia Producing Class: MCM’s Multimedia Producing class starts tonight at 4 p.m. It’s your last chance to sign up for this class. The registration fee is $175.
