WATCH: Firefighter Rescues Deer Stuck in Fence

A Silver Spring firefighter helped to free a deer trapped in a fence near Piney Branch Road in Takoma Park.

In a tweet by Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Spokesperson, Pete Piringer, video reveals the firefighter using heavy equipment to bend the bars to free the animal.

Piringer said once freed, the deer was able to make its way toward North Takoma Park near Piney Branch Park.
