Students Join Lawmakers on Capitol Hill to Demand Action on Gun Violence
Thousands of students from Montgomery County Public Schools took to the streets in Washington D.C. to participate in a nationwide demonstration condemning gun violence. The students joined U.S. Senators Ben Cardin (D-MD) and Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), along with Congressman Jamie Raskin (MD-8), and other lawmakers demanding legislative action from Congress:
