The McKee-Beshers Wildlife Management Area in Poolesville is a summer go-to for residents and anyone who loves photography. The area is home to multiple sunflower fields and peak bloom typically comes mid-July. MyMCMedia spoke with residents enjoying the scenery.

It’s a summer like we’ve never seen before. Camps are virtual, swim team is (mostly) canceled, and we are all walking around in face masks.
