El ejecutivo del condado de Montgomery, Marc Elrich, dijo que la orden ejecutiva del gobernador Larry Hogan, de cerrar todos los negocios no esenciales en Maryland, es básicamente un refugio en el lugar sin decirlo. Elrich dijo que el Gobernador hizo un buen trabajo en su rueda de prensa.

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich said Gov. Larry Hogan’s executive order to close all non-essential businesses in Maryland is basically a shelter-in-place without saying so. Elrich said it achieves what a lot of people want at this point in the COVID-19 outbreak.
