There is a new community developing in the city of Gaithersburg, just off Fields Road and across from the Washingtonian Center. Gaithersburg Mayor Katz and others joined in the festivities as Not Your Average Joe’s opened in downtown Kentlands earlier this week. Mayor Katz proclaimed July 9 as “Not Your Average Joe’s Day” in Gaithersburg and cut the ribbon, officially opening the restaurant. Mayor’s Proclamation Ribbon Cutting
