On October 18 and 19, the streets of Bethesda Row (Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda Avenue and Elm Street) were transformed into an outdoor art gallery featuring fine arts and fine crafts from approximately 190 artists. This is an annual event for artists who come from around the United States to Bethesda to showcase their work.
