Franchot Comes to Bethesda to Tout Maryland’s Tax-Free Week

Comptroller Peter Franchot was in Bethesda on Monday to highlight the state’s tax-free week.

Consumers can purchase clothing and footwear that cost less than $100 without paying the Maryland’s 6 percent sales tax.
