Small Business Forum Connects Inmates to Potential Employers (VIDEO)

There is a county program making a difference in the lives of inmates.

Corporate Volunteer Council (CVC) hosted a small business forum at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility where businesses in the area had a chance to speak with inmates who are going through the OneStop program- part of the reentry services offered at the facility.

Eight months prior to their release, inmates become job ready, participate in mock interviews, talk about explaining their charges to a potential employer, and create resumes and cover letters.
