Police Chief Manger and Noah Leotta’s Parents to Discuss Ignition Interlock Laws in Annapolis

Chief Tom Manger after Officer Noah Leotta TributeMontgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger and the parents of Officer Noah Leotta are in Annapolis today to speak on strengthening Maryland’s ignition interlock laws with officials from Mother’s Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

According to a news release, Chief Manger will be joined by MADD’s National President Colleen Sheehey-Church. MADD will also be releasing a report on ignition interlock laws.

The event will be live-streamed on Periscope on MADD’s Twitter page, @maddonline.
