Person Dies from Fall at WSSC Treatment Plant in Damascus (PHOTOS)
A person who fell from a Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) treatment plant tower in Damascus Monday afternoon has died, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson Pete Piringer said.
According to Piringer, it happened at the WSSC treatment plant located on the 22700 block of Log House Road.
A spokesperson from WSSC said that the person who fell was not an employee of the company.
Police say that they are investigating and the circumstances do not appear to be suspicious.
