Nancy Floreen on Potential “Groundbreaking Week” for County Council (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Council President Nancy Floreen said that the Council has a number of “big votes” coming up this week at her May 16th briefing. She discussed compensation agreements for County employees, proposed recordation tax rate increase, the Board of Education budget, the Metro Safety plan, and Shady Grove Bus Depot. Floreen said the Council is in the process of “reordering the budget…to really make it an education first budget.” You can watch the briefing in its entirety below:
