Male Victim Found Dead in Middle of Street in Wheaton; Homicide Investigation Underway

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) are conducting an active homicide investigation in Wheaton after a male victim was found deceased at the scene just before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
