Improving Child Care (PHOTOS)

Montgomery County Councilmember Nancy Navarro emphasizes the need to expand child care opportunities and improve access to child care facilities for providers at an event on March 17 in Rockville to detail two bills she has introduced before the Council.

Among those who joined her at the news conference were Councilmembers Nancy Floreen and Hans Riemer, child care providers and parents seeking enhanced care for their children.
