Hogan on Deal to Re-Open Government: ‘just not good enough’

After President Donald Trump announced that Congress has reached a deal that would temporarily re-open the government for three weeks, Gov. Larry Hogan has weighed in on this announcement.

Hogan tweeted that “[i]t’s about time” the government re-opened after the month-long shutdown, but a three-week solution “is just not good enough.”

Hogan has called on officials in Washington to come together to make a long-term plan to keep the government open.

“Stop the political games,” Hogan tweeted. “Put people before partisanship.”
