3. There’s good news for commuters in Montgomery County. Department of Transportation officials report that a six-station bikeshare network will soon be installed in Wheaton thanks to some state grant money.

4. A worksession is scheduled today on the Montgomery Village Master Plan.

5. Montgomery County Councilmember Nancy Navarro is holding a news conference today to discuss early voting centers. State Senator Rich Madaleno, Councilmembers Hans Riemer and Sidney Katz, and State Delegate Eric Luedtke are also expected to attend.
