1. Montgomery County Council members are back at work today, and on the agenda is the issue of raising the minimum wage, and whether to study its impact.

2. Registration opens for Montgomery County’s summer camps today.

3. Gaithersburg officials want you to take part in a virtual budget forum. Residents are asked to take a short survey by Jan. 27.

4. Planners are holding a community meeting from 7 -9 p.m. about the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Area Minor Master Plan in North Bethesda.

5. Need a job? Ride On is hiring 100 bus operators.

One more thing: Don’t leave the house without an umbrella. There is rain in the forecast.
