3. Film Screening: The film “This Little Light of Mine: The Legacy of Fannie Lou Hamer” will be screened tonight at the BlackRock Center for the Arts. A panel discussion will follow the screening. Light refreshments will be served.
4. Brews and Bulbs: Staff from the Department of Environmental Protection will be at Saints Row Brewing Company in Rockville today from 5 to 7 p.m. Residents can swap out old incandescent or CFL light bulbs for up to three free LED light bulbs.
