African American Health Program’s Aging Information Exchange Summit: AAHP’s 2019 Aging Information Exchange Summit will inform, educate, and motivate AAHP’s aging populations to become better familiar with services and resources to support living in place. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a facilitated panel discussion and obtain vital information from primarily aging vendors.
