Five Things to Know for Nov. 28 in Montgomery County
It’s Wednesday, Nov. 28, and here are five things Montgomery County residents need to know:
1. See a fun holiday musical: Based on the hit Will Ferrell movie, Elf the Musical is playing at the Olney Theatre. You can buy tickets for the 2 p.m. matinee, or purchase tickets for the 8 p.m. show. You won’t want to miss this holiday fun!
2. Yoga with puppies!: One of the dogs at Hero Dogs in Laytonsville had a litter of puppies! You can do yoga with these puppies from 4 to 5 p.m. for $45. Pre-registration is required and space is limited to 25 participants. If you don’t make it into the class, you can make a donation to pet the puppies during the day from 12 to 1 p.m.

3. Complimentary Wine Tasting: The wine bar, Botanero Rockville is hosting a complimentary wine tasting tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. It will feature a holiday inspired sangria!

4. MCPS Engagement Night: From 6 to 9 p.m., Montgomery County Public Schools is hosting its Asian Pacific American Parent Engagement Night at Herbert Hoover Middle School in Potomac.
