1. Municipal Monday: Rockville’s Mayor and Council meet at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. A District 17 wrap-up is on the agenda. Gaithersburg’s Mayor and Council meet at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 31 S. Summit Ave. The Poolesville Town Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at Poolesville Town Hall, 19721 Beall St.
2. Shady Grove’s Future: The Planning Board will host a meeting to discuss the Shady Grove Sector Plan. It will start at 7 p.m. at the Mill Creek Towne Elementary School, 17700 Park Mill Drive, Derwood.
3. Pool Closing: MLK Indoor Pool, 1201 Jackson Rd, Silver Spring, is closing for the summer starting today. The pool is undergoing mechanical work that will upgrade the pool’s filters.
4. Candidate’s Forum: Kensington holds a candidate’s forum starting at 7 p.m. The forum will be in the Town Office, 3710 Mitchell St. The election is June 3.
