1. Motor Vehicle Administration Reopens: The Gaithersburg and White Oak MVA branches reopen with modified services. Face masks and social distancing are required.
2. Municipal Monday: Gaithersburg’s Mayor and Council meet at 7:30 p.m. for a work session Here’s the agenda and virtual meeting information may be found here. The Kensington Town Council meets at 7 p.m. Here’s the agenda and the information to join the zoom meeting. The Rockville Mayor and Council meet at 7 p.m. The agenda may be found here. 3. Virtual Taste of Wheaton: This annual event kicked off Sunday, June 7 and will continue through Friday, June 12.
4. Marc Train Reopens: The Maryland Transit Administration will restart operations for several MARC train and Commuter Bus lines today.
5. Council Committee Meetings: Two committees meet virtually today and may be viewed live on YouTube or Facebook. the Planning Housing and Economic Development Committee meets at 9:30 a.m.; the Education and Cultural Committee meets at 1:30 p.m.
