2. Municipal Monday: Rockville’s mayor and council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 111 Maryland Ave. Gaithersburg’s mayor and council meets at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 31 S. Summit Ave. Poolesville’s commissioners meet at 7:30 p.m. at Poolesville Town Hall, 19721 Beall St.
3. Decision 2019: Kensington holds its election from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Kensington Town Hall, 3710 Mitchell St.
4. Planning Board Forum: The LGBTQ Democrats of Montgomery County are hosting a public forum to hear from candidates for the Montgomery County Planning Board, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Center. Adam Pagnucco, opinion columnist for Bethesda Magazine, is the moderator.
5. Rec Programs: Summer sign-ups are under way.
