Arts Virtual Town Hall: Councilmembers Craig Rice and Evan Glass will participate in an Arts Virtual Town Hall with the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County today at 5:00 p.m. to receive input about the design and execution of the Arts COVID Relief Fund.
