2. Kojo Talks School Diversity: WAMU’s Kojo Nnamdi is hosting a town-hall discussion on the achievement gap and diversity in Montgomery County Public Schools. The event is from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building.

3. Aspen Hill Community Meeting: Montgomery Planning Department is inviting people to join their Aspen Hill Vision Zero Study community Meeting tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at Harmony Hills Elementary School in Silver Spring. RSVP to the meeting here.

4. Black History Month: Freddie A. Brown, Sr. is going to discuss his experience working as a driver for Martin Luther King, Jr. This event starts at 12:45 p.m. at the Benjamin Gaither Center in Gaithersburg. Here’s more information.
