1. National Night Out: The Montgomery County Police Department is celebrating the 36th anniversary of National Night Out today throughout the community. The campaign is intended to encourage positive relationships between neighborhoods and police officers. Check out where to celebrate:

2. Noise in Bethesda: The Uniformed Services University is conducting training exercises today in Bethesda that involve yelling, loud noises, and paintball guns. Anyone living in Bethesda should expect noise.

3. Job Hunting: Looking for a job? Montgomery County Department of Recreation has a full-time open position. Apply by Wednesday.

4. Zen Leaf Ribbon Cutting: The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Zen Leaf Dispensary today from 12 to 1 p.m. The dispensary is a new medical cannabis retail facility in Germantown, which will provide safe access to cannabis products. The official grand opening for the dispensary is Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m., according to the organizations Facebook page.

5. Multimedia Orientation: Montgomery Community Media is holding an orientation for our education programs tonight from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
