1. Week Two Remote Learning for MCPS:  County school officials held a virtual conversation Saturday with information about the second week of remote learning.  Also, the schools share information on the technology needed for remote learning in this video:

2. CDC Guidelines for Cloth Face Coverings:  The Centers for Disease Control now recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings like grocery stores and pharmacies. The CDC stresses the importance of maintaining 6-feet social distancing, even with the use of cloth face coverings. 3. Town Hall with CM Tom Hucker: Join a virtual town hall hosted by Councilmember Tom Hucker tonight at 7 p.m. Hucker holds the meetings on Monday evenings with county residents to address their concerns about the novel coronavirus.

4. Electric Scooters Offer Free Trips:  Capital Bikeshare and Lyft electric scooters announced special programs that will provide free rides to essential employees during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

5. Sherwood Jazz Ensemble: Jazz musicians from Sherwood High School perform a nine-minute virtual rendition of Grover Washington Jr.’s Mr. Magic.
