2. Montgomery Parks Hosts Community Meeting: Montgomery Parks is hosting a community meeting today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Black Hill Regional Park Visitors Center in Boyds to discuss the facility plan for the Black Hill Regional Park SEED classroom. Here’s more information.

3. Dual Language Program Presentation: Dr. José Medina is giving a presentation on the Dual Language Program at Brown Station Elementary School in Gaithersburg tonight at 6 p.m. Here’s more information.

4. Finance Tips for College-Bound Teens: Germantown Library is hosting an event with Spark Business Academy at 5 p.m. for college-bound teens.
