2. Black History Month: Montgomery County Public Libraries have many programs planned beginning today with a film and discussion at the Silver Spring Library.

3. BRT Open House: The County’s Department of Transportation will host an open house for the MD 355 Bus Rapid Transit line that will feature interactive stations to learn more about the project. This is a family-friendly event featuring a children’s activity area.
4. Registration opens for Spring sports season: Parents of students attending Montgomery County Public Schools may register their student starting today using the new online portal.
