Anthony Brown Concedes Governor’s Race to Larry Hogan

Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, a Democrat, has conceded the race for Maryland Governor to Republican Larry Hogan.

“Tonight we fell short of our campaign goals,” said Brown, as he thanked supporters.

“What a historic night in Maryland,” said Hogan in his victory speech. “They said it couldn’t be done here in Maryland but together we did it.”
