1. County council meeting: The county council will meet today. On the agenda: a COVID-19 update from County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles and a vote to approve the declaration of racism as a public health crisis.
2. Microenterprise Stabilization Program: Applications for the Microenterprise Stabilization Program are due today. The program is meant to help certain businesses with five or fewer employees.

3. MCPS meal service: Starting today, hours for students’ food pick up sites are changing.
Starting tomorrow, June 16, service hours for food sites are changing. 4. Capital Beltway Outer Loop closures: Drivers can expect nightly lane closures on the Capital Beltway Outer Loop between MD 190 (River Road) and Clara Barton Parkway until Friday.

5. More time for boat rentals: Montgomery Parks is expanding boat rental hours this week. Starting today, Black Hill Boats will be open Tuesday to Sunday.
