2. Business Connect Launches: Montgomery County’s Business Solutions Group will expand its Business Connect program at an event at 3:30 p.m. at the Silver Spring Library, 900 Wayne Ave. For more information, click here.

A Cornerstone Business: Comptroller Peter Franchot will present the Montgomery County Cornerstone Award for Local Business Excellence to the Tastee Diner, an iconic venue that is one of the oldest, authentic American diners in the country.
